This Privacy Policy explains how Ubase LLC ("Ubase", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 1600 Van Lennen Avenue, Suite 101, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States, collects, uses and shares personal information when you use the Zpace platform and related services (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, profile photo, password (hashed) and, for business accounts, legal entity name, tax identifier and registered address.
- Transaction data: order details, amounts, currencies, timestamps and status. Full payment card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- Content: products, services, listings, messages, reviews, photos and files you upload to the Service.
- Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, app version, approximate location, pages viewed and feature usage, collected via our app, cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: messages you send to us and to other users through the Service, and support requests.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate and maintain the Service, including account creation, discovery, chat, checkout, payouts and support.
- Verify identity of Buyers and Sellers and prevent fraud, abuse and illegal activity.
- Process payments, refunds and chargebacks through Stripe.
- Send transactional notifications (order confirmations, booking reminders, payment receipts) and, with your consent, marketing communications.
- Improve the Service through analytics and research.
- Comply with legal obligations, including tax and anti-money-laundering regulations.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and your consent (for optional marketing communications and certain cookies).
4. How we share information
- With other users: when you purchase from a Seller, we share the information needed to fulfill the order (name, delivery address, contact details, order contents). Public profile information and reviews are visible to other Zpace users.
- Service providers: cloud hosting (Railway), payments (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), analytics, customer support and anti-fraud providers, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property or safety of Ubase, our users or others.
- Business transfers: if Ubase is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, personal data may be transferred, subject to the same privacy commitments.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. International transfers
Ubase is based in the United States. Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect the data.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations. Transaction records are typically retained for at least seven years. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. 8. Children
Zpace is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep you signed in, measure usage and prevent fraud. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
